Packing and Trip Info

Hello All,

I’m checking in from Huntersville, packed and ready to head to the airport at 5 a.m. I have two bags to check, and a carry on. The bags must comply with stringent regulations pertaining to size and weight. They must be under 50 pounds and under a specific linear measurement (Length+Width+Height) of 62 inches. The linear measurement of both bags is within 5 inches on each bag. The weight of each bag is within three pounds of the 5o pound limit. My carry on bag meets the specifications, but I know it that it does not fit under the seats, or in the over head bins, so the airline will make me check it, but I will not have to pay to check this bag. I’ve packed a bag inside this bag that I can take out when they place the other bag in the belly of the plane. I will have books, chargers, my laptop, ipod,  food, etc. in this bag.

My flight schedule is as follows.

United 0808 depart CLT 8:34 a.m. arrive ORD 9:45 a.m.

United 0017 depart ORD 11:09 a.m. arrive PDX 1:34 p.m.

United 8220 depart PDX 2:45 p.m. arrive YVR 3:59 p.m.

I’ll be flying a nearly 2588 miles.
